When you are questing your way through the World of Warcraft, gold can become an issue. As you work your toon up through the game, gold will become essential for armor, weapons, mounts, training, and more. The less gold you have, the less you can do in-game. So, here are some great tips and ideas to help you earn World of Warcraft gold without a lot of effort.
Run instances that you can solo to get loot for the auction house. When you are a higher level, you can easily run instances that are a lot lower level that you can solo. While you will not gain any experience points, you will gain some good loot that you can sell on the auction house.
Take up a gathering profession and make “mat runs” during the week. Once a week, make a “mat” run and gather any of the herbs, leather, or minerals that you come across. Friday night, list your mats on the auction house and watch the money roll in over the weekend.
You need to choose two professions that can help you in making money. For this, the two best businesses are Skinning and Mining. And it is best to begin at a very low level. You will be capable of getting materials on your own for your new business if you decide to stop one business and start another. For example, if you start the skinning and mining businesses in the beginning and afterwards decided to stop skinning, and thought of starting jewelcrafting, you are still capable of getting gold ore and other things easily.
So, now you are ready to go with those professions. Don’t buy anything from the AH until level 20, as it doesn’t make a big difference. The better option is to invest your money in some runecloth or mageweave bags so that when you are leveling, you can fill the bags with much loot.
Both in the water at ground level and the water area where the lvl 72 water elementals are, you will see pools of pure water. You will need at least a 75 fishing lure to fish these, but they give you motes of water. 10 motes of water equal a primal water.
Getting an Auction House yourself is very important. The only work of a player is to keep on checking the mail box and get your mails, recipes, and send the gold he/she gets by putting things in the Auction House. Get a level 1, and run them until the closest largest city in an auction, and put them in the mailbox. It is actually a nice way not having someone for putting things in the auction and much bank space. You can also send other things you don’t need, if your bags and bank are full. And if are running the instance another time, you will have bag space. Anyway, playing the game is more important than making money.
