The short answer to this question is, very easy in most cases. There are a couple of options in teeth whitening kits that are completed within your home. The first is a brush on system that allows the user to “paint” his teeth with the whitening gel. These teeth whitening kits tend to be the least expensive, but may be more difficult to use and not as effective. However, they got the job done and they got the job done in only a few weeks worth of time. We’ve come a long way since then.

However, there are far too many on the market, each with a different name and a different whiteness index that you can use to determine how white you want your teeth. Essentially, though, each and every one of these kits is exactly the same. Most use the same whitening agent. Most come in the same sticky strip style. Most will make your teeth the same whiteness over the course of your treatment.
With so much similarity between the various home whitening kits on the market, it can be a tough call to determine which is the best home teeth whitening kit out there. Actually, which is the best wholly depends on how much you want to spend, as all of the products out there are essentially going to give you the same experience.
