What Is A 3 In 1 Credit Report?
Posted by: | CommentsA 3 in 1 credit report is a little known resource that has slipped the minds of too many people. While most people know that they can legally get a free copy of their credit report every year, very few realize that this includes three different copies of their credit report, technically. This is because there are three different agencies that create credit reports, and everyone is entitled to one copy of each per year.
If you already check your credit report once a year, that is great! But, if you want to completely protect your private information and maintain the integrity of your report, you need to take it a step beyond this once a year check-up. If someone gains access to your information, great damage can be done if you do not discover it until months later.
In addition, most people do not realize that credit agencies can make mistakes. If there are inaccuracies on your report and you go an entire year before realizing the problem and having it fixed, everyone who looks at your credit in that time frame sees the inaccurate information. You have to regularly monitor all three of your reports in order to catch these mistakes in a timely fashion.
Think of how many businesses and creditors you deal with over the years. While some may report all of their information to all three of the credit collection agencies, many still report only to one or two. This means that you could have different information on all three of your reports.
When you have conflicting or differing information on different reports, the only way to get the complete picture of your credit history is to look at them all three together.
Also, since each credit agency is run by humans who make mistakes, there could be inaccurate information on one report that is accurate on the others. These things need to be disputed and fixed right away so your information is up to date and correct.
What a 3 in 1 credit report does is take all of the information on all three of your credit reports and make it into one big report. Instead of viewing three different reports, you only have to look at one comprehensive report to get all of your information.
This is extremely beneficial as it will save you tons of time and hassle in the long run. You can still challenge any inaccurate information and otherwise keep the report from each individual agency up to date and accurate, but you do it all at once rather than in three separate steps.
When you utilize a 3 in 1 credit report you will also be better equipped to catch any problems that may creep up with your information.

The Benefits Of The 2009 Jeep Patriot
Posted by: | CommentsIn preparation for this article I did much research on the 2009 Jeep Patriot. Of all the information and reviews that I read, I could only find one negative aspect to report. That is the limited ability for acceleration. Meanwhile some of the positives were it’s amazing off-road capabilities, followed by it’s surprising cargo room.
While the bulky boxy styling of the Patriot leaves no doubt that it is all Jeep, it doesn’t handle like a jeep. If you liked the Cherokee you will love the newly improved Jeep patriot. With it’s standard issue 174hp 2. 4L engine and manual five speed transmission, it is obvious that this jeep was designed, in the spirit of all the jeeps before, to see off-road duty as much as on-road errands. With the optional Continuously Variable Transmission, commonly referred to as the CVT, when applied to the front wheel drive sport trim model, can be powered by an 158hp 2. 0L engine.
Poor weather driving is improved through the use of the “lock” mode. The lock mode is available as part of the optional four wheel drive system. The other choice for the Patriot’s drive train is front wheel drive.
Features like hill descent control, locking differential, off-road mode which when activated engages low range in the continuously variable transmission, are included in the off-road package called the freedom drive off-road group. You also gain an extra inch of ground clearance when you add this package. Much of this equipment is not usually offered on SUV’s of this price range.
Tire pressure monitoring, front and side curtain air bags, anti-lock brakes and electronic stability program combine to give the 2009 Jeep Patriot an impressive 9. 1 safety rating. Stability control uses reduced engine power and selectively applied braking to assist the driver in keeping control when it senses the vehicles handling limits have been surpassed.
Use of some of the optional equipment and packages combine to provide the Patriot with off-road capabilities that definitely surpass other SUV’s in it’s class. An uncommon but interesting safety feature contained in the Patriot is the overhead air bags. These are to protect occupants from head injury in the event of either a side collision or a roll over.
The interior was the source of complaints on previous models, therefore it was improved for the 2009 year. Enhancements to the instrument panel, centre console and the addition of some chrome trim are just part of the list. Illuminated cup holders serve as functional, yet offer the feel of elegance. The wireless cell phone link combined with the 30 gig hard drive for storing digital music or pictures, and the upgraded six disc cd player with satellite radio combined with the navigation system are just some of the features you will find useful on your 2009 Jeep Patriot.
