Sweating helps expel toxins out of your skin, encouraging healthy growth.
4) Cleanse. You’ve heard it all before, so why don’t you do it? Cleansing is the #1 way to wash impurities off your skin. Not cleansing enough is virtually begging acne to pop up and ruin your day. 5) Consistency. It’s fine having a list of things to do, but you need to do them every single day. Get into a routine each day and stick to it.
